1. Client Rights

Clients of KBR Financial Group LLC have the right to receive clear, accurate, and honest information regarding our credit repair services. This includes the right to cancel the contract without penalty within three (3) business days from the date of signing, allowing clients time to reconsider their decision with no obligations.

2. Scope and Limitations of Services

KBR Financial Group LLC provides credit repair and improvement services designed to assist clients in disputing inaccurate information on their credit reports. However, it is important to note that our services do not guarantee specific results, as the outcome depends on various factors, including the client’s credit profile and creditor responses. We do not remove accurate and verifiable information from credit reports, as this is not legally permitted.

3. Fees and Refund Policy

All fees for services are clearly stated in our contract. KBR Financial Group LLC operates with a strict no-refund policy, except in cases where cancellation occurs within the initial three-day period. This policy ensures that clients fully understand the financial commitment associated with our services before engaging with us.

4. Privacy and Data Security

We take the privacy and security of client information very seriously. KBR Financial Group LLC securely manages all personal data within our CRM system, ensuring only authorized personnel can access sensitive information. This protection complies with state and federal regulations to safeguard client privacy.

5. Consumer Right to Proceed Against the Bond

In compliance with California Civil Code Section 1789.18, KBR Financial Group LLC maintains a consumer protection bond. Clients have the right to seek relief against this bond if the company fails to fulfill its obligations or if damages arise from misrepresentation, negligence, or failure to provide agreed-upon services. This bond is in place to protect consumers and provide an avenue for compensation in situations where services were not rendered as promised.

Clients who wish to proceed against the bond may follow the process outlined in Section 1789.18, which includes submitting a claim with supporting documentation. Full details on the process and limitations are available to ensure that clients are aware of their rights in such cases.

If you have a complaint about the services provided by the credit service organization or the fees, you may submit it to the general’s office, California, Department of Justice, PO Box 944255, Sacramento, CA 94244–2550

“CONSUMER CREDIT FILE RIGHTS UNDER STATE AND FEDERAL LAW

You have a right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from a credit reporting agency. You may obtain this free copy of your credit report one time per year by visiting www.AnnualCreditReport.com. You will be able to view your credit report, dispute alleged inaccuracies, and obtain additional information at no fee. If requested, the consumer credit reporting agency must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file.

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information by contacting the consumer credit reporting agency directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit services organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. Under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, the consumer credit reporting agency must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over seven years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.

If you have notified a credit reporting agency in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file, the consumer credit reporting agency must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate information. The consumer credit reporting agency may not charge a fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the consumer credit reporting agency.

If the reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the consumer credit reporting agency to keep in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The consumer credit reporting agency must include your statement about disputed information in any report it issues about you.

You have a right to cancel the contract with the credit services organization for any reason before midnight on the fifth working day after you signed it. If, for any reason, you cancel the contract during this time, you do not owe any money.

You have a right to sue a credit services organization if it misleads you.”

Our team will conduct a detailed analysis of your credit profile for a $149 one-time consultation fee. You’ll receive a comprehensive assessment of your credit situation and specialized advice to guide you in choosing the best plan for your credit repair. Then you can also take advantage of our monthly packages to consistently maintain and enhance your credit status.

We will provide you with access to our portal to complete the signup process, which consists of signing up for credit monitoring, providing us access to your credit monitoring, selecting a plan, signing the agreement, and providing us with your credit card information. You will be charged $0 after completing the signup process and scheduling a consultation call with your credit repair expert inside our client portal for security purposes.

  • 100% of our clients sign up by themselves on the web to comply with the TSR (Telemarketing Sales Rule).
  • Our client leads will be generated through both telemarketing and online channels. Our telemarketing team will handle initial client interactions, and clients can visit either “Score CEO” or “Identity IQ“ to complete their intake applications online, which includes accepting terms and conditions disclosures for credit monitoring. 
  • Client inquiries can be directed to either platform, and all submissions will be managed through an administrative dashboard. This dashboard will allow us to consult with clients effectively and securely based on the information provided in their applications.
  • We are licensed and bonded in the state of California, and we legally do business in the following states: Florida, New York, …. (need to find no licensed states and list them here)
  • We will only speak to you after you have signed our agreement and provided us with your credit card information in our secure portal.
  • You will never be charged upfront, and only after the consultation has been provided, credit repair agreements have been signed, and you have authorized payment. Then, 7 days later, you will authorize us to pull your consultation payment on the credit card you provided.
  • You can cancel at any time prior to any charge if you are not satisfied.
  • After the initial consultation, you will be charged for the monthly dispute process, which will be invoiced and charged 30 days later and every month after that until you cancel.
